The Art of Capturing Sound
My work explores the role of sound in storytelling across film, television, live environments, and post-production. From capturing the subtle details of a performance on set to shaping the sonic character of a scene in post, I approach sound as both a technical craft and a creative language.
Every environment has its own voice. Room tone, footsteps, movement, silence, dialogue, music, texture, and atmosphere all contribute to the world being created. The choices made in recording, editing, mixing, and design can draw an audience closer, create tension, reveal emotion, or shift our perception of what is happening on screen or in a space.
Whether working behind the camera, mixing a live environment, or designing sound after the fact, I am interested in the same fundamental question: How does sound shape the way we experience what we see, feel, and imagine?

Flatbush Misdemeanors S2:
Showtime Original. A raw comedy of city life following Dan and Kevin, who play characters struggling to thrive in their new surroundings in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
The Endless Frontier
Follows three scientists as their work moves between labs and field sites, from neurorobotics in Utah to immunology in New Jersey to ocean science in the South Pacific.
